Hi fellow Hoomans!
I am Gurjot Singh, a 5th-year BS-MS student at IISER Berhampur, majoring in Biological Sciences. With an unwavering enthusiasm to learn and a passion to explore the enchanting world of Stem Cell Biology, I have landed at Khadilkar’s Lab, much like an eager wizard arriving at a renowned school of magic. Here, as a Dissertation Trainee, I embark on a journey to complete my MS Dissertation project. My quest will focus on unraveling the novel role of a molecule during Drosophila hematopoiesis, delving into the magical intricacies of Drosophila aka Cindrella of genetics.
Beyond the lab, I find joy in singing and painting, weaving melodies and colors into the tapestry of my life, much like the charms and potions of a true Hogwarts student. This blend of art and science fuels my creative spirit, driving my quest for knowledge and discovery in the realm of biological enchantment.
