Hey folks,
I'm that person in the lab who doesn't need any introduction! Anyways, let me introduce myself for your convenience....
I am Rohit Krishnan Iyer and working as a Project associate on a research project that involves understanding the effect of pro-ageing and reverse-ageing on lymph gland haematopoiesis.
I have completed M. Tech Integrated Biotechnology from D.Y. Patil University, Navi Mumbai in 2021. I worked on a 6 months dissertation project at IBAB, Bangalore for my master thesis that focused on molecular cloning and studying the expression of genes associated with Non-Obstructive Azoospermia which is a male infertility disorder.
Along with the passion of research, I like exploring and traveling to new places, singing songs in the way I want to, watching movies of all genre with friends, revisiting history through museums etc.
I have been given many tags by my lab colleagues who are my biggest fans too!!
They call me "Background Music", "Non-stop radio", "Creepy Weirdo" and what not....but, I love those tags!
Overall, I'm an entertainer and you will be entertained by me if you join this lab.
